How to cook asparagus in the oven
The asparagus are vegetables that contain very few calories
healthy and have no fat or cholesterol. The tender asparagus are usually boiled
or steamed, but you can also bake and broil grill.
Try eating it with a hollandaise sauce after the asparagus cook the way you like.
Wash asparagus in cold water to remove any dirt or sand from
the tips.
Bend the asparagus and depart in their natural breaking
point, to remove the clear bottom.
Boiled
Boil the asparagus in salted water in a pot large 3 to 5
minutes. Immediately rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and preserve the
bright green color.
Steamed
Cook steamed asparagus in a pan with very little water for 3
minutes, then rinse with cold water. If you can cut the asparagus into smaller
pieces to improve cooking.
Baked
Cook the asparagus in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until
tender. This is the best way to cook asparagus if very thick.
Saute
Saute asparagus with soy sauce or black bean sauce to eat
differently from time to time. You can also sauté with garlic and ginger, then
mix with a little sesame oil.

Grilling
Been a skewer with 5 or 6 asparagus. If you build a small
raft you prevent the sliding of a bolt between the bars of the grill. Brush the
skewers of asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook on
the grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
