A delicious recipe for apple crisp is not lacking in any American kitchen. Each family has its own recipe for Apple Crisp (Apple Crumb in British English) preferred using some oats or other grains, and others that mix white sugar with brown sugar. And Apple Crisp is one of my favorite desserts; I've experimented with all the recipes! But each time back to my mother's recipe: simple, fast, and delicious. The dessert is always perfectly crispy, sweet but with the right touch of acidity thanks to green apples.
To better enjoy this delicious apple crisp you eat warm with vanilla ice cream. And spend the money on a good vanilla ice cream-the imitation vanilla and do not know anything like this dessert deserves the best!

Ingredients:


6 large apples (I prefer Granny Smith)
200 g (1 cup) sugar
90 g (3/4 cup) flour
180 g (1/3 cup) butter (at room temperature)
60 ml (1/4 cup) water
5 ml (1 tsp) cinnamon
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
Recipe:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F)
Peel the apples and cut into medium pieces. About 10 pieces per acre is normal. (If they are too small loose pieces texture and puree ... becomes too large and are hard and dry.)
Place the pieces on a baking sheet (20 × 20). See the above water uniformly, followed by the salt and cinnamon.
In a small bowl mix the flour and sugar. Add butter and mash with a fork until roughly mashed but also many crumbs.
Distribute the mixture over the apples. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the apples are caramelized and golden is completely over.
